This single handcrafted bathroom vanity is constructed using 18 ply bending birch and solid American-grown alder. The vanity includes a beautiful a 1.5 inch solid mahogany top, exposed finial top hinges and attractive hardwood bun feet. Decorative onlays and serpentine sides and doors show off its beautiful European style.

Wood: The American wood for this single vanity is cut and manufactured in the USA then properly kiln dried. The dry Arizona climate in which this vanity is constructed provides a superior environment for finishing wood furniture, prevents splitting and rapid finish deterioration.

Single Vanity Construction: This vanity is 100% handcrafted and finished in Phoenix, Arizona by skilled American artists and manufactured using only premium quality American-grown wood. This vanity is beautiful, solidly constructed, and crafted in the dry desert Southwest.

Vanity Top: This single vanity features a top made with American-grown wood. Should your bathroom vanity have an alder, birch or walnut top, you can count on its durability and natural beauty. Although all our wood tops are treated with a water-resistant protective finish, we do not recommend use of wood tops in high use applications. Tops may be wiped off with a damp cloth. Do not use any silicone based polish or cleaner, as the chemicals and solvents can cause the protective finish to weaken.

Sink Cutout: This vanity comes with sink and faucet cutouts. All cutout exposed surfaces are sealed with a water-resistant finish. All under mount sink cuts are for Kohler K2210 17” x 14” lavatory. All faucet drillings are for a 3-hole spread faucet.

Finish: This vanity is crafted by hand. Slight variations in finishes will occur. Direct sunlight and wide variations in temperature and humidity may cause adverse effects to the vanity.

Your merchandise will not be unpacked, brought up any stairs or to its final destination. If you require any of these services, please see our Delivery Upgrade section below. Need your vanity faster? Expedite it! Expedited Shipping is a shipping upgrade available for most in stock items. With Expedited Shipping your merchandise will be delivered to you within 7 to 10 business days from the date purchased. A uniformed delivery specialist will deliver your merchandise curbside. You will be responsible for moving the item(s) up any driveways and into your home, so please make arrangements accordingly. Your merchandise will not be unpacked, brought in-home, up flights of stairs or to its final destination. You will have the option to add Expedited Shipping to your order during the checkout process.

Please Note: As with our Free Shipping Service, Expedited shipping times are close estimates. Adding Expedited Shipping to your order does not guarantee a delivery date. Expedited Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Expedited Shipping must be added to your order at the time of purchase. After this time it may not be added.

• Canadian Shipping
We ship to Canada on a regular basis however it is not part of our Free Shipping Service.

All of our shipments originate in the United States. Therefore, the following will apply to Canadian shipments:

1.       Duty assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency
2.       Canadian goods and services tax (GST)
3.       Border processing fee ($75 per shipment)

For your convenience these will be added to your order. Premiere Vanities will complete all required export documentation, and will pay applicable duties and taxes in your behalf in order to expedite your shipment through Customs. Provincial Consumption Taxes (HST and QST) are not included with the Canadian shipping fee and if applicable, are the financial responsibility of the customer.

For in stock items, shipping times typically run 3 to 4 weeks from the date purchased. Shipping times are close estimates, not guaranteed dates of delivery. Canadian deliveries are curbside only.
