Counter Top:
This double sink bathroom vanity comes with a black slate stone top but is available for purchase without. If purchased without the top, the sinks will not be included. The counter top is a solid 3/4" thick slab of natural stone. The included backsplash is a solid piece of stone as well. It measures 3" tall. With slate, you can count on its durability and natural beauty. In addition, all of our tops are sealed to prevent watermarks and common stains. Please Note: While the vanity tops are pre-sealed at the manufacturing facility, all natural stone surfaces require resealing from time to time. Due to the unique nature of each stone, resealing may need to be done sooner on some surfaces.

Wood:
This double sink bathroom vanity is constructed using extremely dense oak wood that has been hand selected. The wood has been kiln-dried to prevent warping or cracking in elevated humidity levels.

Construction:
This double sink bathroom vanity uses a framed type construction. Therefore, the vanity and frame are built using solid oak. The framing enhances stability and provides durability for many years to come. There is no MDF, pressed board, particle board or wood veneers on this vanity. The doors and drawer fronts are solid oak wood. In addition, the back panel of the vanity is also one solid piece of wood allowing you to make plumbing cuts according to your specific needs. This vanity has 3 full extension drawers that operate using a wood on wood guide system and 2 cabinet doors that use smooth operating European hinges.

Finish:
This double sink bathroom vanity has a multilayer, 12 step hand applied finish. Each layer is given proper time to absorb, exposing the wood grain. It is then finished with a 3 layer hand applied varnish to increase durability and prevent warping as well as peeling or chipping in elevated humidity levels.

The back panel of the vanity is one solid piece of wood allowing you to make plumbing cuts according to your specific needs. The faucet holes are pre-drilled for a standard 8" spread faucet and the sink requires a push down, pop-up style drain.

A uniformed delivery specialist will deliver your merchandise to the front area of your home, or garage if you would prefer. You will be responsible for moving the item(s) inside and to their final destination, so please make arrangements accordingly. Your merchandise will not be unpacked, brought up any stairs or to its final destination. If you require any of these services, please see our Delivery Upgrade section below. Need your vanity faster? Expedite it! Expedited Shipping is a shipping upgrade available for most in stock items. With Expedited Shipping your merchandise will be delivered to you within 7 to 10 business days from the date purchased. A uniformed delivery specialist will deliver your merchandise curbside. You will be responsible for moving the item(s) up any driveways and into your home, so please make arrangements accordingly. Your merchandise will not be unpacked, brought in-home, up flights of stairs or to its final destination. You will have the option to add Expedited Shipping to your order during the checkout process.

Please Note: As with our Free Shipping Service, Expedited shipping times are close estimates. Adding Expedited Shipping to your order does not guarantee a delivery date. Expedited Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Expedited Shipping must be added to your order at the time of purchase. After this time it may not be added.

• Canadian Shipping
We ship to Canada on a regular basis however it is not part of our Free Shipping Service.

All of our shipments originate in the United States. Therefore, the following will apply to Canadian shipments:

1.       Duty assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency
2.       Canadian goods and services tax (GST)
3.       Border processing fee ($75 per shipment)

For your convenience these will be added to your order. Premiere Vanities will complete all required export documentation, and will pay applicable duties and taxes in your behalf in order to expedite your shipment through Customs. Provincial Consumption Taxes (HST and QST) are not included with the Canadian shipping fee and if applicable, are the financial responsibility of the customer.

For in stock items, shipping times typically run 3 to 4 weeks from the date purchased. Shipping times are close estimates, not guaranteed dates of delivery. Canadian deliveries are curbside only.
